Standard Delivery - £2.99. Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Next Day Delivery- £4.99. Order before 12am to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 12am will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am - 9pm. 

International delivery options

International Delivery - £15. Deliveries can take 3-11 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) This delivery option is for Andorra, Bahrain, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, India, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Republic of Kuwait, Lebanon, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Vietnam. 

Returns

You may return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge. Please note it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.

Any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment will not be refunded. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.
